All three avenues will combine together for the beginner level. In this level, you will be exposed to some interactive sessions which discuss the topics that are considered to be useful in whichever career path you plan to move along. Here the main focus is to develop the skills in areas such as writing, communication, presentation, information technology and personal financial management. You will also get a chance to clarify your doubts about the career from the professional of the field. To make the processes more interesting we plan to make a small competition out of this where you will compete as a team.

Now you may have necessary knowledge to choose a career path that interests you as you have gained necessary knowledge from beginner level. At this level you will be exposed to more advanced materials according to the avenue you wish to proceed. Here you will get a chance to get the insight form the professionals of your chosen avenue. There will be some special sessions on stress management which will be available in all three avenues.

This is the final phase of the program where you will gain necessary knowledge to plan out your career which will ultimately make you a professional in your field. At this level, the job seeker avenue will make you fully aware of how to face interviews and how to create a personal brand through social media while the entrepreneurship avenue will give you the necessary background to start a small business on your own. The academic avenue will enable you to successfully write research articles and improve your research methodology.
